Shipping Policy

All items in our online store are made-to-order. Please allow 3-4 months for delivery after placing your order. Some items will require that we collect measurements from you. Production on your item will not begin until we receive that information. 

We ship within the contiguous United States.

International Shipping Outside of the US: Depending on each country, the VAT fees and duties can vary. Make sure to check the import fees for your specific country before purchasing, as these fees must be paid upon delivery of the item. These fees are separate from and not included in the charges from Madison Chamberlain.
