Electric Blue Satin Sweetheart Veil

The Sweetheart Veil is seriously the cutest! When the blusher is flipped back and you pull your arms in, it creates the cutest heart shape! The blusher is 30" and the back of the veil is 45" long. When the veil is fully collapsed in the back it creates a wonderful textured drape. Satin ruffle and tulle base. The perfect something blue!
